HELLO! Sorry for the long pause but I'm back full of ideas to share. Today's cute Valentine card features the Online Exclusive suite of products called Marbled Elegance. This Specialty paper is a 'must see in person' paper! The gold adds sparkle and interest and is just beautiful. It coordinates with Real Red, Cherry Cobbler, Melon Mambo and Calypso Coral plus Basic White. My card is Cherry Cobbler. The little gold heart is die cut using the Gold Foil paper which is an online item. The list of supplies is at the bottom of this post.

Heart of Elegance Marbled Elegance Valentine Card |
Did you notice that the heart makes the card? The fold is not included in the die when you die cut that heart. Isn't that just the best tip? Your cardstock is cut 5" x 8 1/2", score and fold at 4 1/4". Place the die just a bit down from the fold so the top of the curve is not under the frame. I used a small piece of Washi tape to hold my die in place so it didn't move when going under through the machine. Genius! Now you have a heart-shaped card!
Here's the inside of the card. The set of dies are perfect for layering. Plenty of space to write a note or use one of the stamps in the stamp set to stamp a sentiment. I used the "Happy Valentine" on the banner on the front but there are still some cute choices.
Here is the bundle used to make this card. Click on the picture to go to my Online Store.
Isn't this paper so pretty? I didn't think I would like the marbled effect but it is stunning! You can let your paper do the work when you use some of this specialty paper.
