New Occasions Catalog

You should have gotten your copy of the new Occasions Catalog. If you did NOT get it yet, please let me know. The holidays seemed to have messed with the delivery of  these new catalogs. Maybe you got the Sale-A-Bration brochure? Both were mailed by Stampin' Up! 

Here's a sneak peek of a new stamp set called Amazing Life. Sometimes I use the samples provided by Stampin' Up! for my inspiration.That's what I did with this card. The Gingham Gala Designer Series Paper is so pretty and versatile. I used Grapefruit Grove and paired it with the Amazing Life stamp set. 

Did you notice those sequins? 

They are called Gingham Gala adhesive-backed sequins and are page 35 of the Occasions catalog. They are color coordinated to match this DSP! Plus they have their own adhesive. How easy is that? 

Another option using the same color combo but different layout and stamps. I love my Stampin' Blends, they color so smoothly and look professional. That's what I used to I color the letters, flowers and little banner. The bow is tied with two strands of Linen thread and adhered with a Stampin' Glue Dot.

A Little Wild

Do you need a cute baby card? 

How about going A Little Wild?

There are four new babies in my immediate circle of friends. One was born ON my birthday so I must send a card.

I used A Little Wild stamp set to create this adorable little girl card for Baby Anne. She's the one who arrived on my birthday, November 26.   

Here's my inspiration:

Since I wanted a card, I made the tag and put it on a piece of 4" x 5 1/4" Designer Series Paper out of the Subtles Designer Series paper. These are 6" x 6" sheets.

Here's my little boy card:

Same inspiration but this time I put the tag on a 4" x 5 1/4"piece of the Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper.  Both card fronts are mounted on Whisper White Cardstock

I am so excited to be participating in Kylie's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop! 

I love butterflies!

It's Christmas Gift-giving Time!!

Here are some really cute packaging ideas that Stampin' Up can help you with:

Pillow Boxes for small gifts or gift cards

 

Here are a couple of examples. Just use Christmas theme and there you go!

Pizza Box offers different size and shape. Small gifts or gift cards fit in this one.

All you have to do is change the sentiment and it is a great Christmas gift that anyone would love to get.

A Baker's Box is just the right size if you like to give cookies or candies. This box is food grade.

These are obviously Halloween but all you have to do is change the tag and it becomes Christmas.
