Radiant Sunflowers Flash Class – Three Beautiful Cards for Fall

 Hello, My Stampin' Friends!

I'm back to share all the details from my very first Flash Class! Yesterday's Facebook Live featured the beautiful Sunflower Fields Suite Collection, and I called the class Radiant Sunflowers after the stamp set we used.

I made three pretty cards, and I'd love to share them with you!

Here's a little thank-you gift from me to you! Place a qualifying order in my online store by Wednesday, October 21, 2026, and I'll send you the card kits to make all three cards, along with a PDF tutorial. I'll have your kits in the mail by Wednesday, October 28.

Oh, What a Facebook Live!

Let me tell you about yesterday's Live. Did it happen to show up in your Facebook feed?

It was a hot mess!!

My laptop had updated overnight, and I lost my connection to the website I use for my Lives. The recommendation was to restart my computer. No problem, right?

Well, this was about 40 minutes before I was supposed to go live!

I hit restart, and that little circle just kept spinning. Time was ticking away, so I decided to use my phone, just like I did when I first started doing Facebook Lives.

That didn't go quite as planned, either! My setup needed adjusting, and things just weren't cooperating. I went live at 4:00 as promised so my viewers could find me, but I ended up having to redo the entire video!

The new video is uploaded, and the first one is history!

Sometimes life throws a whole bunch of curves at you, and technology certainly knows how to throw a few!

But enough about that. Let's get back to the cards. That's what you came for!

Three Pretty Sunflower Cards

Aren't they pretty? I love the rich colors in this collection, and each card has something a little different to offer.

You'll receive a PDF with instructions for all three cards in your thank-you packet.

Now, let me show you a few of my favorite details!

Sunflower Happiness – My Favorite!

This one is my favorite of the three, and there are several reasons why.

First, did you notice the sunflowers on the card base? Those are stamped! I love how they add a little interest without taking attention away from the rest of the card.

Then there are three different patterns of the beautiful Sunflower Fields Designer Series Paper. I love how they work together!

And don't overlook that little piece of Mossy Meadow and Very Vanilla Checked Ribbon peeking out from underneath the sentiment label. It's such a sweet finishing touch.

Sometimes it's those little details that make a card special, don't you think?

Thinking of You – A Little Shine and a Lot of Love

Let's talk about that shiny Radiant Foils Specialty Paper!

I'll admit, I sometimes have trouble using shiny paper. It can be a little overwhelming for me. But I've discovered that cutting it into smaller pieces tones down the shine just enough.

There are three patterns in the package, and we used all three in this class!

My favorite part of this card, though, is that pretty cluster of flowers in the center. They're stamped and colored with Stampin' Blends, which gives them such a lovely look.

I think this would make a beautiful Thinking of You card for someone who needs a little extra love or encouragement.

And there's even a place to write your own message! The strip of Basic White on the left side of the center panel gives you room for a personal note.

Hello, Friend – Let the Paper Do the Work!

Our third card features the last pattern from the Radiant Foils Specialty Paper, along with a beautiful piece of Sunflower Fields Designer Series Paper.

Here's a little tip: Be intentional when cutting your Designer Series Paper!

By choosing just the right section, you can feature one of those big, beautiful sunflowers right on the front of your card. The paper does so much of the work for you!

And that sweet little butterfly? It's just fluttering by to say, "Hello, Friend!"

Such a cheerful card to send to someone just because you're thinking of them.

How to Make a Fractured Card

Hello! Today I have a fractured card for you. This is my first one because I thought they would be too hard. Well, I was so wrong. These cards turn out so pretty and show off your chosen papers so nicely.

Those butterflies are part of the Sketched Butterflies bundle. Mine are die cut using one of the dies from the bundle. I love the fluttering movement because I didn't stick down the wings. I used a mini glue dot in the center of each butterfly.

The Unbounded Beauty designer series paper has colors I really like. The secret to a fractured card is the 2" square center! It is mounted at an angle like a diamond. The 1/2" strips are added next and trimmed off at the edge of the piece of Basic White cardstock. I used 4 1/4" pieces of the DSP to adhere next. The corner will line up perfectly is you have been careful to line up the strips accurately. That's the only thing hard about this card-accuracy. The label is punched with the new

Here is the video I did showing have to make this card: HERE

Cutting Instructions:
Card Base: 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
Basic White cardstock to build card front: 4" x 5 1/4"
Center square: 2"
Shimmer Strips: 1/2" x 4 1/4"
DSP for corners: 4 1/4" squares
Inside liner: 4" x 5 1/4"

Thanks for stopping by! Hope you have fun making a fractured card.

See you soon,

Little Monkey Bananas About You Card

This card is such a happy card. It features the Little Monkey bundle. This little bundle is great for kids or adults. There are lots of details with the leaves but if that's not your thing, keep it simple.

The Gorgeous Gingham Designer Series Paper adds color around the edges. "I'm banana about you" is heat embossed on a cloud that is punched out with the Cloud punch. The monkeys are stamped and punched in Crumb Cake cardstock. One monkey is colored with the dark Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends. Doesn't it change the look? The supplies I used are listed below.

Cutting Instructions:
Card Base is cut 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and scored at 4 1/4"
Gingham Layer is cut 4 x 5 1/4"
Basic White layer is cut 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"
